Coal & Makana -“When our dogs come back from being with Cecilia they are depressed to be home. What can I say…they love being with her, on her farm and enjoying the wonderful care they get. I highly recommend her dog care services and it’s a good value!” March 2014
Lorraine & Tess – “Cecilia has looked after my dogs for several years now while I go away on holidays. Being a trained veterinary nurse who loves dogs gives me great comfort while being away – especially as one of my dogs needs very special care and attention as she has epilepsy and needs to be monitored and given medication at specific times throughout the day.
It is a good sign that my dogs are happy and excited to see Cecilia when they go to her as it confirms that they like staying with her.
I would recommend The Doggery to anyone who wants their dog to be well cared for and given plenty of exercise when you can’t take them away with you.” March 2014
BOUNCE – “Cecilia provided a great service in our hour of need by taking in my 93 year old father’s little dog after Dad was admitted to hospital. During the many weeks this dog was with Cecilia we found her to extremely professional yet loving and caring in a way that turned a very stressful situation into perfect peace of mind for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Cecilia kennels (The Doggery) for anyone needing special care for their much loved dog.”

Thank you so much for your fantastic care of Daisy. I think she is a bit flat to be home where it’s boring! She is walking so much further and easier on her legs,
that really went beyond your duty of care, thank you. – 29 July 2014
Note; Daisy was part of our family at The Doggery for over 3 weeks and on arrival was having difficulty with exercise tolerance. We changed this with dietary management and building regular exercise into her routine with the assistance of an ankle brace. On leaving we had one very content guest whom loved the water, mud, tennis ball, bones & lazing in the sunshine plus lots of new friends.
“Thank you for taking such great care of my lil man Porter over the weekend, he obviously loved his stay as he cried after you when you left!” July 22 from Facebook
Note: Porter is a wee 13.5 year Foxie Cross with heart failure and other medical conditions and needed monitoring closely and medications. He loved laps & others beds to sit on and snuggle.
Cecilia was fantastic with our Honey dog, who ended up at VSG with complications from chemo during her holiday at the Doggery. We were still able to enjoy our break knowing Honey had the best of care – Cecilia was able to give her injections and medication, and was in regular contact with the VSG team, all of which meant Honey had amazing care in a homely environment. I wish we’d discovered the Doggery sooner!
